Navigating change, recovery
& Identity with depth, honesty, and compassion

There are moments in life when the old ways of surviving stop working.

A career collapses.
A relationship ends.
Addiction takes hold.

The nervous system stays stuck in survival mode long after the danger has passed.

You begin to realize you no longer know who you are beneath the coping strategies that once kept you alive.

Therapy can become a place to slow down enough to understand what happened — and begin building a different relationship with yourself.

I work with adults navigating trauma, addiction, identity, shame, grief, sexuality, creative burnout, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are people who appear highly functional externally while privately struggling with anxiety, loneliness, compulsive behaviors, emotional disconnection, or exhaustion from performing strength for too long.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and grounded in both clinical training and lived experience.

I believe healing begins not through perfection, but through honest connection.

Whether you are newly sober, questioning long-standing patterns, processing trauma, or simply tired of carrying everything alone, therapy can offer a space to begin again.

“And to make an end is to make a beginning.
The end is where we start from.”
— T. S. Eliot

How Therapy Works

My Approach

Therapy is not about becoming someone else.
It is about becoming more fully yourself.

My work is relational and insight-oriented while remaining practical and grounded. I believe lasting change occurs when clients begin understanding the emotional, relational, and physiological patterns underneath their behaviors — rather than simply trying to control symptoms through willpower.

Sessions may include:

  • Exploring attachment and relationship patterns

  • Identifying shame and core beliefs

  • Understanding trauma responses and nervous system states

  • Developing emotional regulation skills

  • Increasing self-awareness and self-compassion

  • Exploring identity, meaning, and purpose

  • Relapse prevention and recovery support

  • Learning to tolerate vulnerability and connection

I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels thoughtful, emotionally safe, collaborative, and honest.
